Shipping & Payments Policy

Thank you for supporting an independent business! Every item at Opus Originals is created and heat-pressed to order right from our home studio. Because we don’t pull ready-made items off a shelf, our process is broken down into two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

Please review our shipping and payment terms below before placing your order.

1. Production & Processing Times

Made-to-Order Lead Time: Because we press each T-shirt by hand, please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Peak Periods: During busy seasons (such as Christmas or bank holidays), production times may take slightly longer. We will always display a clear notice at the top of our website if our turnaround times change.

Order processing and production take place Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will enter our production queue on Monday morning.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship all orders safely from our home studio using Royal Mail / Evri.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Royal mail 2-3 day delivery aim.

Evri 2-4 day delivery aim.

Note: Choosing Express Delivery speeds up the postal carrier's delivery time, but it does not bypass our standard production/pressing time.

UK delivery Only at present.

3. Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking: Once your item has been pressed, packaged, and handed over to the courier, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number (if and when available).

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for missing packages or redelivery fees if the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Delayed Packages: While we guarantee your item will be dispatched within our stated production window, we cannot legally guarantee the exact delivery date once it is in the hands of the postal service. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can look into it for you.

4. Accepted Methods of Payment

To ensure your data is entirely secure, we accept a wide range of trusted, encrypted payment options at checkout:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (Processed via Lightspeed Payments)

Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.

5. Payment Security & Processing

Safe & Secure: Your transaction is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Data Privacy: We use professional, certified third-party gateways to process payments. Opus Originals never sees, collects, or stores your credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

Billing Charges: Your account will be billed immediately upon checkout, which secures your place in our production queue.
